Are tickets transferable?

Yes, please contact us prior to the conference to update the data for your ticket.

Can I go to more than one

pre-conference event?

It depends - some of the the times overlap and they are at different locations.

Are kids welcome?

Babes in arms under three years old are welcome at the conference. We love families and understand the need to sometimes have toddlers with you; please be respectful of those around you.

What's the refund policy?

We will refund (minus processing fees) up to 30 days before the conference. We cannot offer credits for future events.

Are meals included?

Two organic (as much as possible) locally sourced meals are included with the purchase of your ticket. This includes dinner on Thursday and lunch on Friday.

Are there any discounts?

Yes! 

There is an Earliest Bird that ends November 15th and an Early Bird that ends December 9th.

There is a youth discount for 16 and under.

There is a discount for Red Acre Center Members. JOIN

If you have a group that would benefit from a discount or if paying for the conference is outside your means, please contact us here.

Are pre-conferences included in registration? 

No, you register and pay for  pre-conference events separately

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we prefer to be paperless and can look you up by name at check-in.
